The plumbing

These are not too exciting, it's just the plumbing input and output of water. The bathroom in the basement and all the extra pipe that goes under the pad for the rest of the house.
We've realized in talking to some of the sub-contractors and watching them work, we are getting more for our money than expected. The subs that have been working on this so far have been some of the best in the valley and every one of them perfectionists and excellent at their trade.
