The finished pad
Well, these are the final pictures for today. Dennis and Jim need to seal the outside of the basement walls, hang some vapor barrier and then have a truck come in and shoot drain rock in and backfill with dirt, compact that and then they do the garage on the upper level and the framer starts the second and third floors.

Those pictures aren't boring at all...you should post them as you take instead of waiting. Save yourself the time of doing so much at once. (and you CAN post more than 5 pictures on a post, you can only upload 5 at a time though).
Can't wait to see the framing start!
